Location: Lanark Local Office
Hours: 21 hours per week, fixed term up to 3 months
Salary / Hourly Rate: £20,081 - £20,639 per year

Responsibilities
* Deliver a wide range of services to homeless households, supporting clients in vulnerable or distressed situations.
* Organise, prioritise and adapt workload to meet changing priorities and deliver a quality service.
* Maintain effective communication and liaison with a variety of agencies.
* Respond to and manage your own caseload in a reactive role.
Qualifications & Experience
* Similar experience working in a housing support service with clients in vulnerable or distressed situations.
* Good understanding of current issues and legislation relating to the protection of children and vulnerable adults.
* Practical knowledge of IT packages including Academy and the Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent organisational, prioritising, communication and liaising skills.
* Eligibility for the Rehabilitation of Offenders (Scotland) Act 2020 and Disclosure Scotland Act 2020; must be able to provide necessary checks.
Legal & Disclosure Requirements
The post is excepted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders (Scotland) Act 2020 and is a Regulated Role with Adults under the Disclosure Scotland Act 2020.
Applicants born outside the UK or who have lived or worked outside the UK for a continuous period of three months in the past 10 years must obtain an overseas criminal records check translated into English.
