For more information on Sodexo Careers please visit Sodexo Careers Main Responsibilities: Work closely with schedulers to arrange escorting requirements for 3rd party supplier visits and supports the scheduling of Sodexo site-based resources as required. Coordinate supplier attendance to meet planned maintenance schedules. Manage communication across vendors, site leads, and internal teams. Escalate risks from delays, miscommunication, or performance issues. Maintaining compliance with audit and policy requirements. Liaise with stake holders and manage bookings from suppliers. The Ideal Candidate: Strong attention to detail, analytical work approach and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. Have advanced knowledge of Excel and Word. Proven relationship building skills & experience. Self-motivated, customer focussed & professional. Experience in CMMS (Computer Maintenance Management Systems) desirable.
