What You'll Do:
* Support the Store Manager in leading, motivating, and developing the team.
* Deliver outstanding customer service and product knowledge on every interaction.
* Help drive sales and achieve store targets.
* Maintain strong visual standards and brand presentation.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, including health & safety and stock control.
* Keep up to date with the latest beauty trends and new product launches.
About You:
You'll be confident, energetic, and passionate about beauty, skincare, or cosmetics. You might already be a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Senior Sales Assistant in a service-led retail environment and ready to take the next step with a brand that truly values its people.
