Job Title: Asbestos Administrator
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
Salary/Benefits: £25k - £31k + Training & Benefits
We are seeking a professional Asbestos Administrator in the Yorkshire region, to join a highly respected Asbestos company. They are privately owned and can offer excellent further development road maps. Applicants must have worked within a UKAS accredited Asbestos company and must be able to turn their hand to a variety of administrative tasks. Candidates will be working out of their office, so will need to be within a commutable distance. They are offering competitive salaries and benefits.

Experience / Qualifications:
- Must have experience working as an Administrator within a UKAS accredited company
- It would support applications to hold the BOHS P402, but this is not essential
- Working knowledge of UKAS and HSG guidelines
- Strong organisational skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent IT experience, including the Microsoft Office Suite and TRACKER / TEAMS
The Role:
- Working within a busy Asbestos company, providing administrative support on a daily basis
- Updating company database with project progress and laboratory results
- Producing certificates and sending to clients directly
- Arranging access to sites for clients
- Ensuring to work to deadlines
- Managing diaries for a team of site staff, including Asbestos surveyors and analysts
- Answering client enquiries via telephone and email
- General administrative support to members of management and Directors
