Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Design Engineer with Project Management experience to join our Wing Plant Engineering Team (PET) as a Wide Body Wing Integrator. This role acts as a critical link between design and operational functions, requiring a strong understanding of engineering environments and cross-functional collaboration. The successful candidate will support the A330 and A350 Build Support / Non-Conformance teams, driving technical solutions and continuous improvement initiatives across the Wide Body programmes. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will lead engineering projects and activities, ensuring deliverables meet time, cost, and quality standards. You will act as a vital link between Engineering and Operations, facilitating co-design solutions that align with industrial systems while maintaining a customer-focused perspective. A key part of your responsibilities will involve resolving operational issues, managing engineering suppliers, and driving the prioritisation of technical responses. You will identify and implement design changes aimed at reducing non-conformances and improving product quality, while promoting synergy across PET sections to address recurring challenges and enhance design-for-build principles. Additionally, you will contribute to proactive product improvements that reduce recurring and non-recurring costs, supporting the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Wide Body programmes.
