An opportuinity has arisen and we are looking to recruit a Recruitment consultant to join our team.
1. Recruitment Consultant - Warm Desk – PERMANENT RECRUITMENT – Specialising in Commercial( Admin/Education/Care/Accounts/Sales/Finance/IT/ Reception/Reservations)
2. Location: St Austell, Cornwall- 5 days in office-November 2025 start.
3. Competitive base salary + Uncapped Commission + on call- 1 in every 6 weeks

The role
So, what will you be doing?
4. Research, immerse in and become a true Subject Matter Expert in your chosen division by developing a good understanding of the potential client base, their industry, what they do, their strategies, their work culture and environment, and how they currently recruit
5. Using sales, business development, marketing, and networking techniques to position us as a supplier of choice within those organisations, winning new business and building your portfolio of clients to ensure a strong ongoing pipeline
6. Developing multiple relationships within existing clients to ensure growth of opportunities and to ensure we're building strong and lasting relationships
7. Working within the team of resourcers to help identify, attract, recruit and place the best quality candidates
8. Using social media to conduct market research, identifying, engaging, and building relationships with potential employers and candidates
9. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process including headhunting, cv database searching, screening, interviews, short-listing candidates and managing offers for candidates within this high profile division.
About you
What are we looking for?
10. You will have previous experience of working as a Recruitment Consultant, growing and developing a desk, ideally within a Commercial/Hospitality/IT /Education/Care/support Division/background.
11. Recruitment is all about people so the ability to build strong and meaningful relationships is something you'll be passionate about.
12. Every day is different, and you'll be responsible for your own desk, so you'll need to have high level of drive and resilience as well as the ability to adapt.
