THE ROLE
You’ll manage your own busy and varied caseload, advising a broad-ranging client base on complex and high-quality property litigation matters, including:
* Breaches of covenant
* Rights to light
* Professional negligence
* Boundary disputes and nuisance
* Rights of way and party wall issues
* Trespass and title disputes
* Break clauses, dilapidations, forfeiture and repossession
* Lease renewals and termination
* Rent reviews, service charge disputes, and tenant default
You’ll be delivering strategic advice and tailored solutions, working closely with clients and colleagues in a collaborative environment.
SKILLS REQUIRED
* 6+ years’ PQE in property litigation
* Strong technical expertise across a broad range of disputes
