Role Responsibilities
* Planning and delivering engaging, well structured lessons
* Creating a positive, inclusive, and well managed classroom environment
* Tracking and assessing pupil progress
* Delivering targeted support to raise attainment
* Working collaboratively with year group and phase teams
* Building strong relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
Requirements
* QTS and experience teaching within a primary setting
* Strong curriculum knowledge
* Effective classroom and behaviour management
* Clear communication skills
* Commitment to supporting pupil development and whole school aims
