Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Junior Internal Project Manager to join a dynamic and growing team near Swindon. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take their first step into project management, or to build on existing experience within a fast-paced environment working with major retail brands.
Key Duties
* Act as the main point of contact for Account and Project Managers regarding freight and logistics movements.
* Coordinate between suppliers, internal teams, and customers to ensure smooth delivery.
* Track stock movement across China, Europe, and the UK.
* Ensure materials are delivered on time and to required specifications.
* Provide transport quotes and liaise with key stakeholders.
Key Activities
* Maintain and update stock records using Microsoft Excel.
* Support delivery of retail fit-out and installation projects.
* Work collaboratively with multiple departments to meet client expectations.
* Communicate effectively across supply chain and logistics functions.
* Provide administrative and project support across multiple accounts.
Requirements
* Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data.
* Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Previous logistics or supply chain experience is desirable but not essential.
* Willingness to learn and develop within the role.
