Our client, a well-established private practice in Gloucester, is urgently seeking a Private Client Solicitor for a locum position. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced solicitor to join a supportive team and provide essential legal services.
Position Overview
The successful candidate will provide legal services to clients in relation to Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, and capacity issues, including deputyship. They will also assist in coordinating the team's activities and achieving business objectives. The role is urgent and is an ongoing requirement that may last 3 - 6 months or longer. On site working is required for ideally 3 days per week, with the remainder from home (hours full time or 4 days per week min).
Responsibilities
* Provide legal services for Wills, LPAs, Trusts, and capacity issues
* Assist in coordinating the team's activities and objectives
* Attend clients on-site
* Ensure excellent client service and maintain professional standards
Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or qualified by experience
* Circa 5+ years' experience as a Private Client Lawyer
* Ability to work on-site for at least part of the week
