Medlock Partners are partnering with a tech business in seeking an experienced HR Transformation specialist to lead a major carve‑out and separation programme as it transitions from a larger corporate structure into a standalone SME environment.
Working closely with a newly formed HR leadership team, you will lead a range of HR transformation initiatives including HR systems implementation, reward and benefits redesign, payroll separation, supplier management, and operational process improvement.
This is a hands‑on role requiring someone with strong HR transformation expertise rather than a purely project management background.
Experience within PE‑backed, carve‑out, technology, or scaling SME environments would be highly beneficial.

Key focus areas for the HR Transformation Lead:
* Data migration and implementation support alongside the technology team
* Global reward and benefits review and redesign
* Payroll outsourcing and standalone solution implementation
* Supporting the successful completion of the carve‑out and operational separation
Key requirements for the HR Transformation Lead:
* Proven HR transformation and systems implementation experience
* Strong understanding of reward, benefits, and HR operations.
* Experience in Global Payroll implementation/outsourcing would be beneficial
* Confident influencing stakeholders and driving pace across programmes
