As we continue to grow, we're looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our team and play a key role in expanding our client portfolio across the technology sector.
The Opportunity
This is a client-focused, 180 recruitment role with a strong emphasis on business development, account growth, and relationship management.
You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic client partnerships, and becoming a trusted advisor within your market. Supported by an established delivery team, you'll focus on winning and growing accounts while ensuring clients receive an exceptional recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively win new business and build a successful client portfolio
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with hiring managers and senior decision-makers
Generate opportunities through a combination of cold outreach, warm leads, networking, and referrals
Act as a trusted recruitment partner, providing consultative hiring advice
Advise clients on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment strategies
Collaborate closely with delivery consultants to ensure successful placements and outstanding service delivery
Represent VIQU professionally, promoting our relationship-led and consultative approach
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, and driving long-term business growth.
You'll ideally have:
Previous experience within a 360 recruitment or client-focused recruitment role
A proven track record of winning new business and developing client accounts
Confidence engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and decision-makers
A consultative approach to business development and account management
Strong commercial awareness and accountability for results
The ambition to build a successful, long-term career within recruitment
Most importantly, you'll enjoy owning the client side of the recruitment process and be motivated by building genuine partnerships rather than simply making transactional placements.
