As part of our team, you will be the technical backbone for our customers, ensuring seamless adoption of Nokia’s cutting-edge Fixed Network solutions. Your mission? To help customers overcome technical challenges, drive smooth product introductions, and enable their network roadmap to progress without hurdles.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
You will be responsible for providing NPI technical onsite and remote support for projects across the UK as part of our Customer engineering Team in Fixed networks. Your activities will involve:
* Lead and support customer demos, Proof of Concepts, and trials
* Execute testing and problem resolution during product validation
* Deliver hands-on training and feature demonstrations to customers
* Investigate faults, handle support tickets, and collaborate on root cause analysis
* Support network upgrades, customer deliveries, and installations
* Develop technical documentation, configuration descriptions, and Method of Procedure (MOP) guidelines
Potential growth opportunity: Take on technical project management responsibilities as you progress
Key Skills And Experience
What you bring:
* Degree in Engineering or a related technical field
* Problem-solving mindset – you enjoy tackling complex challenges
* Strong communication skills – you can explain technical concepts clearly
* Technical knowledge – ideally in IP networking, software, or development
Nice to have:
* Knowledge of IP networking, software development, or automation
* Hands-on experience with network infrastructure technologies
* Customer-facing technical roles
