Key Responsibilitiesof a Talent Leader:
* Post job adverts and proactively source suitable candidates
* Screen applicants and support shortlisting for Business Managers & Account Managers
* Manage the full onboarding process, ensuring accuracy and a positive candidate experience
* Complete compliance checks (RTW, licences, references, etc.) tomaintainaudit readiness
* Oversee timesheet administration including reminders, accuracy checks, and query resolution
* Act as a point of contact for candidate or client queries, escalating where needed
* Maintainaccuratepipelines, trackers, and reports to support operational planning
* Collaborate with the wider Talent Team to share best practice and ensure service consistency
