Our client is a global creative communications agency looking for an Account Director to join their team in the West Midlands. You will work with key clients, supporting the strategic direction of their events. Candidates should have previous event agency experience and be comfortable discussing event content and strategy at a senior level.

They specialize in Live and Virtual Events, Communication Campaigns, Strategic Vision Support, bespoke films, and Incentive Travel Programmes, focusing on transforming strategies into engaging experiences.
About You:
They seek a highly skilled individual with 5+ years of event production agency experience to manage client projects, including large-scale, high-budget events. Strong project management, attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and experience in content development, financial management, and client relations are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management: Manage delivery of client projects across multiple teams, including briefing internal departments, liaising with suppliers, content development, technical, logistics, and delegate management. Attend all events.
* Content Development: Lead creative content creation across all media with the Client Services Director.
* Financial Management: Oversee project profitability, margins, and client contract obligations, ensuring projects are cash flow positive.
* Process and Quality Control: Ensure projects meet ISO 9001 standards, suggest process improvements, and maintain high-quality execution.
* ROT: Manage ROT targets, support client buy-in, and encourage strategic thinking.
* Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively.
* Client Management: Oversee production, attend client meetings, and communicate with senior stakeholders.
* New Business & Business Development: Identify opportunities, attend meetings, and develop client growth plans.
* Health & Safety: Oversee H&S compliance and documentation.
* CRM: Maintain up-to-date client contacts and notes.
* Line Management: Lead and develop account teams.
* Company Culture: Promote company values and team involvement.
