Job Title: Cleaner/Housekeeper Location: St Andrews Remuneration: 12.31 per hour Contract Details: Temporary (1 week, with extension likely) Start Date - ASAP - Preferably Wednesday 29th October Responsibilities: Join our clients vibrant housekeeping team and play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for our clients guests! The client is a very well established luxury hotel in St Andrews. As a Cleaner/Housekeeper, your day-to-day tasks will include: Room Cleaning: Making beds, replacing linens and towels, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms to perfection. Public Area Maintenance: Ensuring lobbies, corridors, and spa facilities are spotless and inviting. Laundry Coordination: Collaborating with our in-house laundry team to manage linen inventory and ensure timely delivery. Guest Service: Tailoring cleaning services to meet individual guest needs, especially for VIP arrivals. Lost & Found Management: Handling lost-and-found items with care and proper documentation. Health & Safety Protocols: Adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards to ensure guest and staff well-being. Team & Environment: Become part of a large, supportive housekeeping team, often led by an Executive Housekeeper. You'll enjoy daily briefings to set goals and highlight special tasks, creating a focused work environment. Be prepared for a physically engaging role that involves standing for long periods and lifting.
