Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in providing exceptional service to our clients in the renewable energy sector. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of dealing with customers and possess strong communication and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues
- Analyse customer issues and help them to find a satisfactory resolution.
- Utilise CRM to manage customer interactions and data effectively.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within a technical environment. Pro-active and technically minded outlook essential.
- Proficiency in using CRM software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions

Pay: £28,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
