Where is the work: On-Site (5 days) Customer and Sales Support: · Processing new hire orders · Processing of off hires · Processing hire exchanges/additional extras · Arranging transport for new hires and off hires · Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted point of contact. · Collaboration with Hire, Sales, and Operations Team: Establish strong communication channels to share key customer insights. · Ensure purchase orders are processed timely, within approval and target limits that have been agreed across departments. · Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with customers through exceptional customer service. · A proactive approach to dealing with high volume incoming calls.
