Robert Half Finance and Accounting are currently supporting a business based in South Gloucestershire, who are looking for an Interim Finance Assistant to join their team.
This position is term time only and can either be full time or part time hours.
Role: Finance Assistant
Start Date: ASAP however we can also wait until term time September
Location: South Gloucestershire
Duration: Until end of October, with possibility of extension
Salary: Circa £13.45 per hour + holiday pay
Working pattern: Hybrid - 2 x day a week in the office. ** This can be part time of 21 hour a week minimum OR full time of 35 hours per week**
Responsibilities:
1. Processing invoices
2. Chasing goods received
3. Liaising with suppliers
4. Ensuring data is accurately inputted & ad hoc tasks
Preferred Skills & Experience:
5. Computer literate
6. Willing to learn
7. High attention to detail
8. Team player
9. Previous experience within a finance role is desirable but not essential - Previous administration experience needed. Training can be provided
