Role and What You'll Be Doing
* Managing multi-million-pound settlements via Deputyships and Trusts
* Chairing annual review meetings
* Overseeing property transactions and care arrangements
* Preparing statutory will applications
* Running your own caseload of property and affairs matters
* Supporting the Deputy in delivering high‑quality, client‑centred services
* Collaborating with solicitors and paralegals to ensure seamless support
* Contributing to business development and client engagement initiatives
Recruitment & Onboarding Process

Requirements
* 4‑8 years PQE
* Strong understanding of Court of Protection procedures and related litigation
* Experience working with clients affected by serious injury or illness (desirable)
* Private client experience (desirable)
