Role Description
This is a part-time or full time on-site role for a Sales Professional, located in Helmsley. The Sales Professional will be responsible for assisting customers, managing inventory, and ensuring the store is well-organized and presentable. Day-to-day tasks include providing knowledgeable advice about products, processing sales transactions, building customer relationships, and handling customer inquiries with proficiency and professionalism.
Qualifications
* Sales and customer service skills, including experience in a retail environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of jewellery products is an advantage
* Organizational and inventory management skills
* Proficiency in handling sales transactions and using point-of-sale systems
* Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
* Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus
