Role Summary: You will be working with a customer service team, acting as a first point of contact for incoming customers. Main Responsibilities: * Answering the phones speaking with customers. * Dealing with any enquiries via the phone, email or live webchat. Person Specification: * Must have a good telephone manner and confident answering the phones. * Customer service background within an office environment.
