Duties & Responsibilities:
* Manage daily administrative operations including documentation, correspondence, and internal record-keeping.
* Liaise with suppliers, exporters, customs, and logistics partners to support vehicle imports.
* Oversee invoicing, budgeting, VAT submissions, and coordination with the company accountant.
* Maintain compliance with HMRC, DVLA, and import regulations including EORI and VAT processing.
* Coordinate with auction houses and exporters (e.g., SBT Japan, Autocraft Japan) for vehicle purchasing and shipping schedules.
* Support marketing and sales activities by maintaining inventory records and coordinating with garages and retail customers.
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
* Minimum 2 years in a business support, operations, or administrative role
* Experience in logistics, automotive, or import/export sector preferred
* Familiarity with HMRC, EORI, VAT, and PAYE processes
