DBS Chefs all levels - Schools and Nurseries
Location: Pumacode, Clipstone, England, United Kingdom.
Contract type: Temporary ongoing daytime shifts.
Hourly rate: £16 per hour, up to £17 per hour depending on chef level.
Full‑time options available with flexible work.
An updated DBS check (dated within the last 12 months) is required. We can provide help if needed.

Responsibilities
You will be cooking and preparing fresh nutritious food, ensuring children of all ages have a hot meal daily.
You will cover holiday, sickness, and increased business demand for schools, nurseries and other children education facilities.
You will work in several contract catering environments based throughout Nottingham & Nottinghamshire, covering locations such as Clifton, Cotgrave, Mansfield, Sutton, Retford, Bulwell, Strelley, Newark, Grantham, Lincoln and more.
You will work with different teams, handle dietary requirements, and serve children in primary and secondary schools.
Requirements and Skills
* Extraordinary attention to detail
* Knowledge of stock management and ordering
* Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work within various environments
* Available to cover ad‑hoc last‑minute sickness requests
* Skill to manage small teams
* Ability to work under pressure and with a variety of teams
* Flexible diary management
* Professional cookery qualification: City & Guilds 706/1, 706/2 or equivalent
* Minimum 2 years experience as a chef
* Senior Chef De Partie level or above
* Own chef whites and knives
