Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate IT Support Technician to join our growing IT team. This role is ideal for recent graduates with a passion for technology, problem-solving, and customer service. You will provide first-line technical support, troubleshoot IT issues, and assist with maintaining and improving our IT systems and infrastructure.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests, via phone, email, or in-person.
* Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely manner.
* Escalate complex problems to senior IT staff when necessary.
* Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
* Assist with account setup, permissions, and password management.
* Support the rollout of new applications, software updates, and hardware upgrades.
* Maintain accurate records of issues, solutions, and asset inventory.
* Contribute to documentation of processes and FAQs for end users.
* Participate in IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
* Recent graduate with a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field .
* Strong interest in technology and IT support.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in plain language.
* Familiarity with Windows and/or macOS environments, Microsoft Office 365, and basic networking.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* A customer-focused attitude with patience and attention to detail.
