M&A and strategic transactions
Corporate structuring and advisory
Shareholder arrangements and governance
Exposure to Oil & Gas within a broader Corporate practiceAt this level, your role will extend beyond delivery into client development, strategy, and team growth.

Senior Associate, Legal Director or Partner-level Corporate lawyer
Strong technical background and commercial approach
Proven ability to manage clients and contribute to business development
