Business Systems AnalystMy client is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support the design, implementation, and optimisation of digital systems that underpin programme delivery and client engagement.This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded analyst who enjoys bridging the gap between business operations and technology, helping to drive process improvement, system adoption, and operational efficiency across a growing organisation.The RoleThe successful candidate will work closely with operational teams, technical stakeholders, and external partners to ensure business requirements are translated into scalable, effective system solutions.Key responsibilities will include:Leading business analysis and process mapping activities across operational workflowsGathering, documenting, and validating business requirementsSupporting the implementation and optimisation of CRM systems and digital platformsCollaborating with technical teams during system configuration, testing, and deploymentFacilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement sessionsSupporting reporting frameworks, dashboards, and data-driven decision makingCoordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activitiesDriving continuous improvement initiatives across systems and processesThe PersonThe ideal candidate will have:3+ years' experience in a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Process Analyst roleStrong experience in process mapping and workflow optimisationExperience supporting digital transformation or system implementation projectsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsThe ability to translate business requirements into clear functional specificationsExperience working with CRM systems and business platformsDesirable experience includes:Exposure to Salesforce, HubSpot, MS Dynamics, or similar platformsExperience with reporting and data analysis tools such as Power BI or advanced ExcelExperience working within consulting, advisory, or programme-led environmentsWhat's on OfferOpportunity to play a key role in impactful transformation projectsCollaborative and forward-thinking working environmentExposure to a variety of systems, stakeholders, and business initiativesCompetitive salary and benefits package
