Description The Credit Controller role is initially a temporary contract which could be extended and will be Hybrid working-3 days in Didsbury office/2 remote. Reporting to the Credit Control Manager Key responsibilities will include: Manage the credit control process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts and transactions. Respond promptly to customer queries and resolve any payment-related issues.
