About the role
The GelBottle Inc. is on a huge growth trajectory, and we are looking to further grow our team with a HR Business Partner who would enjoy working within a fast paced, vibrant and founder led business, spanning multiple B2B and B2C brands.
Partnering with People Managers up to Director level, the HR BP will be the subject matter expert for HR Operations. This role will also take the lead on People related programmes & projects including policy reviews, processes, DE&I strategy, succession planning and TGB’s learning & development offering.
You could expect to:
* Partner with stakeholders at all levels across the business to drive value through their people and teams.
* Lead on formal processes associated to organisational change and growth, optimising teams for success both now and for the future of the business.
* Drive the adoption of new processes and policies.
* Contribute to the overall strategy of the People and Talent department and Support People with annual people calendar/events – Pay reviews, bonuses, performance reviews
* Identify opportunities for improvement in People and Talent processes across TGB and work closely with the team to provide solutions.
This is a hybrid role, 2-3 days a week onsite at our Brighton HQ.
A bit about you:
As well as having exceptional stakeholder management skills, you will have previous experience in a high growth, scale-up organisation as a HR Business Partner or similar. This is a chance for a high energy individual to take charge of their career and grow with the business, taking each opportunity as a chance to develop their experience. We think you will need:
* An understanding of employee relations and up to date knowledge on employment law.
* A ‘can do’ attitude and willingness to support a wide range of business functions.
* An experience managing operational HR associated processes.
* Experience in a start-up/scale-up organisation and adept at handling change.
* Experience working across multiple territories (preferred)
* CIPD Qualified (preferred).
