The company is introducing a new, state-of-the-art production line and is expanding, seeking to hire an Inventory Planner for an initial 6-month contract with the potential to become permanent.
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring stock levels, purchasing raw materials, and liaising with the production team to ensure inventory aligns with production plans. You will also work to continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Collaborating with the team and suppliers, you will ensure all necessary parts and supplies are delivered on time and meet required specifications.

The Role:
* Ensure materials and parts are delivered on time and to specification
* Liaise with the team to maintain appropriate stock levels
* Work on continuously improving the inventory process
The Person:
* Experience in Purchasing, Stock Control, or Planning
* Background in a manufacturing or engineering environment is beneficial
* Good communication skills and willingness to liaise with suppliers
