The post would work with a team looking after the road network, each covering around 220 streets.
Duties include carrying out routine inspections for potholes and trip hazards, investigating concerns raised to the council, liaising with residents and contractors, and supporting the repairs/resurfacing of defects.
You would be tasked with fulfilling the duties for your area, in accordance with legislation and the council's policies, whilst able to manage your own time to achieve them. You would be supported in decision making, and receive appropriate training to develop skill and perform the required work.
