We are seeking a compassionate, skilled and relationship-focused Nurture Teacher to join our team and support children across both our mainstream classes and our enhanced provision. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting emotional well being, resilience and positive engagement with learning, using nurture principles to create safe, supportive and inclusive environments. Job Role Develop and implement engaging learning programs tailored to pupils with additional support needs, ensuring meaningful learning experiences. Deliver inclusive and high-quality education, providing strategies that motivate and inspire pupils. Foster and build meaningful relationships with pupils, helping to develop their confidence, resilience, and engagement in learning. Promote positive outcomes and wider achievement, encouraging personal growth and success in all learners. The preferred candidate will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check. Where an individual has spent a continuous period of 3 months or more out with the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required. You will be required to provide this check. A confirmed offer of employment and commencement in the post will be subject to the outcome of both these pre-employment checks being deemed satisfactory. Salary for this post will be in accordance with SNCT agreements. Applicants must be or eligible to be fully GTC Scotland registered.
