Position Overview for this Commercial Property Solicitor:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor of 5 years + PQE who is looking to strengthen their career further with a view to partnership.
Commercial Property Solicitor experience to include:
* Sales, acquisitions, leases (acting for landlords and tenants), refinancing, and development transactions
* Have a track record of delivering an excellent service to clients and growing a caseload as well as a team
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, leases and other property related documents
* Advising clients ranging from SMEs to high-net-worth individuals
* Have drive, enthusiasm and actively participate in business development and marketing to grow the team’s client base and reputation
* Be able to mentor and coach more junior lawyers to assist in their career progression
* Have strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage complex transactions independently
