An experienced Room Leader who is looking for the next step up to Third in Charge, working alongside the management team is being sought by our Clients in Hitchin, supporting the very busy pre-school room. Working 40 hrs a week, salary is c£31k plus fantastic benefits.

Requirements
Ideally you will have
Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 2 years' previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Have at least 1 year's experience of leading and supporting teams
Can inspire, energise and support others
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
