We have a fantastic Locum Social Work opportunity within Blackpool's Duty, Assessment & Safeguarding Service. You will join a dedicated and supportive team that is committed to providing an effective, child-centred service for children in need of support and protection.
This role also offers the opportunity to support the Team Manager with mentoring and coaching less experienced team members, role-modelling excellent practice, professionalism, reflection, and learning. Blackpool is continuously improving performance and quality and you will help lead by example.
