They are expanding the team with a dedicated E-commerce Specialist to accelerate the growth of thier private-label product range. Purpose of the role The E-commerce Specialist will own the end-to-end management of our private-label products across all online channels. Your goals are to drive sales, grow brand visibility and optimise the customer journey. You’ll combine commercial instinct with rigorous analysis—planning and executing research using platform data, customer feedback and (where appropriate) focus groups—to inform positioning, pricing and promotion. Key responsibilities Product management & optimisation Lead day-to-day development, support and UX of our e-commerce presence. Create, manage and continuously optimise listings for private-label products across our website, Amazon, eBay and E-Bay. Research and implement SEO best practices to improve discoverability and rankings. Produce accurate, compelling, keyword-rich copy (titles, bullet points, product descriptions, A+ / enhanced content). Ensure imagery and content are high-quality, on-brand and up to date.
