The Foundation Learning Development team here at East Coast College are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging addition to their team. Your day to day will involve empowering our students through adaptive and inclusive teaching to enable achievement of their English qualification. Delivering from E1 to L2 your student centred approach will ensure that their individual needs are met, as well as those identified in EHCP's, parent/carer interaction, and external agency. Your ability to build rapport and appreciate an holistic approach to their education and development will see you engage with and develop both their personal and professional identities. Your ability to inspire will not go unnoticed as your impact is realised through regular progress reviews, and multi-team collaboration.
