They are seeking an experienced Product Designer to join one of the leading companies in the Financial Services industry. In this role, you will shape and deliver exceptional digital experiences for their users while working closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams.
Job Description:
Product Designer (Turkish Speaking)
Location: On-site- London City Centre
Salary: Around £55,000 p/a (Ability to work through your Ltd company.)
Responsibilities
* Design and deliver user-centric digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
* Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to define user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity designs.
* Translate complex product requirements and business goals into simple and intuitive interfaces.
* Contribute to and maintain their design system and component library.
* Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
* Work on end-to-end design processes — from concept to implementation.
* Create interactive prototypes to communicate design interactions and ideas.
* Advocate for design best practices, accessibility standards, and a user-first mindset.
* Iterate on designs based on feedback, data insights and A/B test results.
* Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools and best practices.
* Contribute to product strategy and roadmap discussions from a design-driven perspective.
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in Product Design or UI/UX roles, ideally within fintech or SaaS.
* 3+ years of experience working closely with product management teams.
* Proven experience using modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD.
* Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design and problem-solving ability.
* Solid understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
* Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments.
* Comfortable with feedback and iterative processes.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Familiarity with agile environments and tools such as Jira, Confluence or Notion is a plus.
* Fluency in Turkish is required.
