Overview
Manpower are pleased to bring an exciting opportunity to market on behalf of a prestigious partner. They are currently looking to engage a customer service / supply chain coordinator to support the team. This key role connects Sales, Customer Service, and Production to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently and without disruption.
As a central point of contact, you will be responsible for balancing supply and demand across multiple manufacturing sites. You\'ll coordinate production schedules, manage inter-site production transfers, and ensure any changes are communicated effectively to both customers and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Work with Sales and Customer Service teams to forecast demand and align production plans.
* Coordinate production across multiple sites to balance capacity and maintain service levels.
* Communicate proactively with internal teams and customers regarding supply or schedule changes.
* Analyse demand and production data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
* Provide reports and insights to support strategic planning.
Skills & experience
* Background in demand planning, supply chain coordination, or production scheduling within manufacturing.
* Strong understanding of manufacturing processes within packaging.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Analytical mindset with data interpretation and reporting experience.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure.
