10 hours a week – flexibility required due to dialysis.
Tasks/Duties
Supporting to access the community. Accessing local groups, going shopping, for coffee and mixing with others in local community. Support finding new groups locally.

* Registered Blind
* Type 1 diabetes
* Renal failure – has dialysis regularly
Moving And Handling
Will need to link arms with PA when walking outside.

Independent lady who is determined to do as much as possible. Enjoys socialising, chatting and being around people.
Do You Have Any Pets
2 friendly dogs
Driving License Required
YES. Will use PA's car to get about and employer will pay the mileage.
An enhanced DBS certificate is applicable to this role.
