Educated Appointments is delighted to be working alongside an Ofsted Outstanding Provider of apprenticeships within the IT, Tech and Digital Sector to recruit a Data Coach.
This is a hybrid role, based from home with occasional travel to the head office in Darlington. Previous experience in data apprenticeship delivery is advantageous, but individuals with strong data experience in the sector are encouraged to apply.
As a Data Coach, you will leverage your industry knowledge and understanding of apprenticeship programmes, learner journeys, and work practices to provide exceptional guidance to apprentices.
You will be supported with training and will be responsible for delivering a first-class learning experience to motivate and develop learners towards achieving their full potential.
You will manage your own caseload of learners, helping them develop skills, knowledge, and behaviors through training days, workshops, and reviews.
Responsibilities
1. Support Level 3 and Level 4 learners in building their portfolios for end point assessment.
2. Manage up to 42 learners, facilitating their development through various training methods.
3. Deliver technical workshops and microteaches during the apprenticeship.
4. Maintain high standards in apprenticeship delivery, adhering to procedures and collaborating with IQA for quality assurance.
5. Build strong relationships with learners, employers, and stakeholders to foster a supportive learning environment.
6. Track learner progress using online platforms, ensuring milestones are met and off-the-job hours are managed.
7. Manage personal training plans to ensure timely achievement of goals.
8. Participate in standardisation meetings and share learner progress.
9. Keep accurate records and ensure compliance with all documentation requirements.
10. Update knowledge and skills in line with occupational standards and awarding body requirements.
11. Support the growth of the apprenticeship program.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Experience in a full-time Data Analysis role or a qualification in Data Analysis.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to work flexibly under pressure and approach problems logically.
* Proficiency with IT systems and databases.
* Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with learners.
* Open and honest communication style.
* Ability to challenge learners constructively and provide feedback.
* Persistent and solution-focused approach.
