To provide a professional welcome and advisory service at Reception as the first point of contact. To ensure existing tenants and anyone enquiring about tenancies receive high quality customer service and support. To show potential clients around facilities. To implement and maintain management system for enquiries, tenant sign up, move in, movement within and vacating the centre/s. To proactively deal with any tenant queries, problems, issues etc. throughout their tenancy in an efficient, effective and professional manner. To operate the telephone reception / switchboard as required. To carry out telephone system administration including the call management system. To maintain appropriate records both in terms of tenancy management information and property statutory maintenance requirements and produce the required performance management information.
