The Role
* Advising a diverse client base, including private individuals, trusts, national housebuilders, registered social landlords and major corporate clients across the public and private sectors.
* Handling a wide variety of contentious property matters, including disputes relating to development land, property contracts and commercial landlord and tenant issues.
* Assisting with other property‑related disputes, including TOLATA.
* Supporting disputes in the energy and renewables sector, including title and ownership issues, land rights, options and overage, easements, restrictive covenants and related claims.
