A leading secondary school in Leeds is seeking a part:time Maths Teacher to join their dedicated team for 4 days per week starting in September 2025. Essential Requirements
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
* Strong subject knowledge of the national curriculum in Mathematics
* An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness for one).

* Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4

* Contribute to the development of the Maths curriculum
* Differentiate lessons to meet varied learning needs
* Monitor and track student progress through school systems
* Promote problem:solving and critical thinking in learners
* Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment
* Uphold school policies and safeguarding procedures
* Encourage a growth mindset in pupils
* Contribute to extra:curricular Maths enrichment where possible
