Your role Manage, recruit and develop your team, ensuring effective rotas and training Promote best practice so quality support is delivered every day Make sure systems are in place and services meet compliance standards Support the Local Service Manager with managing and marketing homes/voids Maintain health and safety and build positive relationships with customers and partners Your skills Management or supervisory experience in a social care setting NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure Knowledge of support planning, risk assessment and safeguarding Confident using IT systems and experienced in supporting people with mental health needs Your rewards You deserve more than the basics.
