A caring and community-focused school in LS13 is looking for a Pastoral and Attendance Worker to join them permanently. The school wants someone approachable, resilient, and brilliant at building trust with pupils and families.
The role includes:
* Supporting pupil attendance and engagement
* Building positive relationships with families
* Running interventions and wellbeing support
* Working alongside safeguarding and pastoral teams
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has experience in schools, youth work, or pastoral support
* Communicates confidently and compassionately
* Can stay calm under pressure
* Genuinely wants to improve outcomes for children

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
