Conducting workshops, presentations and recruitment events that showcase their vibrant workplace culture. Providing guidance and mentorship to early-career employees as they embark on their professional journeys. Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of early careers initiatives, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
