A leading hospitality group is seeking an ACA-qualified Finance Business Partner to support a portfolio of hotel properties across the UK.
This is a highly commercial role partnering closely with General Managers and operational leaders to drive profitability, occupancy performance, room rate optimisation, and operational efficiency.
The Role
* Partner with General Managers and hotel leadership teams across multiple sites
* Analyse occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, room rates, and capacity utilisation
* Deliver budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and KPI analysis
* Provide commercial insight to improve revenue and operational performance
* Support investment decisions, business cases, and profitability initiatives
* Drive process improvements and enhance financial controls
About You
* ACA qualified
* Previous finance experience within hotels, hospitality, resorts, serviced accommodation, or cruise businesses is essential
* Strong understanding of occupancy metrics, room revenue analysis, and yield management
* Proven business partnering experience with operational stakeholders
* Commercially minded, analytical, and confident influencing decision-making
