We are working with Global big 6 Media Agency who are in a long term strategic partnership a leading global Consumer Goods brand, and are enhancing their performance media strategy across Europe.
* Salary: £65-75k

* Working Model: 3 days in office, 2 days Home.
The Retail Media Associate Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital transformation within the European Market team. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive media strategies, execute performance campaigns, and collaborate with 17 different countries to align digital initiatives with business priorities.
The Retail Media Associate Director will
1. Lead strategic media planning and execution, connecting branding, performance media, and eCommerce.
2. Manage and mentor the Director, Performance and their team of specialists across paid search, paid social, programmatic, affiliates, and eCommerce.
3. Collaborate with internal teams and key stakeholders to ensure seamless digital transformation across WEM.
4. Drive innovation and best practices in digital media strategies while ensuring knowledge sharing across markets.
