Residential Property Associate | 5 PQE | Bournemouth A leading full-service law firm in the South of England is seeking an experienced Residential Property Associate to join its established and highly regarded conveyancing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior lawyer looking for varied, high-quality residential work within a supportive, well-structured practice. The Role You will handle the full spectrum of residential conveyancing matters, acting for individuals, investors, high-net-worth clients, and buyers with complex requirements. Typical work includes: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Remortgages, transfers of equity, and equity release New build, shared ownership, and Help to Buy transactions Lease extensions, enfranchisements, and auction-related work Matters involving title issues, non-UK owners, or probate-linked transfers You will be responsible for running your own caseload with autonomy while benefiting from strong administrative support, well-established systems, and a collaborative team environment.
